Hello! This blog is my personal motivation, diary, and progress blog. My weight loss journey started in September of 2010 when I was 256 pounds. By the time summer rolled around I lost 40 pounds, but then gained 30 back shortly after getting a job. So this is me, trying to lose that thirty pounds and a whole lot more!
